Aidfull offers FREE standard shipping for orders totaling $149 or more. That ship within the 50 contiguous United States, excluding International shipments. Aidfull reserves the right to ship your order the best way possible to ensure it arrives to you safely.  Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on USPS, FEDEX, UPS sites.

When will I receive my order?

For our in-stock merchandise purchased before 1PM EST, orders are dispatched in 1 business day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following 1-2 business days.

Do you ship to a PO box or APO/FPO?

No, We currently ship to U.S

Delivery of Wrong product or Missing Product?

If a wrong item is delivered to you or a product is missing from the order you made, kindly contact us through our contact lines or mail within 48 hours that the product was delivered to you.
