Return Policy

We want you to be totally pleased with your purchase. If needed, try on the product and wear it around the house. Then, if necessary, easily return it to us for a refund or for a different size or selection. We only ask that you avoid intense activity and sweating into the product prior to placing your return.

For all returns, a return authorization (RA) must be issued from AidFull headquarters by contacting customer service at support@aidfull.com

Any return without a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package will be refused. All products requesting a return or exchange must be sent out within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Returns should be placed in their original packaging and received in a new and resalable condition. We issue credits for returns to the item’s original purchaser only. Because the customer is responsible for the return shipping, we recommend utilizing a shipper with tracking support as we are not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.
